Man jailed for growing cannabis worth £45,000

A man who admitted growing cannabis worth tens of thousands in his Peterborough home has been jailed for three and a half years.

Police caught Goldiann Celia hiding in the loft of his house in Hampton in July.

He claimed he was just guarding the plants for someone else but was later found with 13 large bags of cannabis in his car.

In total, 55 cannabis plants were seized, with a street value of up to £45,000.
