In the East Region (including Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry, Prescott and Russell, Ottawa, Leeds and Grenville, Lanark, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington, Hastings, Prince Edward, Northumberland, Peterborough, Kawartha Lakes, Simcoe, Muskoka, Haliburton, and Renfrew), the five operators selected are:

Daniel Telio 428720

Brandon Long 427764

Patterson and Lavoie 413159

Pure Alpha Holdings 414955

Karan Someshwar 419068

Each region also drew an additional 20 names for a “wait list” in the event that an application is denied or withdrawn from the original applicants. In the region, a total of 11,084 applications were made. The winners were randomly selected using third-party-certified AGCO lottery software.

Those selected now have five business days to submit their retail operator licence application, $50,000 standby letter of credit, and a non-refundable $6,000 fee payment.
